Amman Central Branch

Over 120 overseas branches and Study Groups in 35 countries and regions have been organized by Sogestu Ikebana enthusiasts and are actively promoting the charm of Ikebana. In 2008 , a group of Jordanian Ladies who has been studying Sogetsu Ikebana since 1997 got the authorization from the Iemoto of the Sogetsu School in Japan to establish the Yuuma SG in Amman, Jordan was the first not only in jordan but in all the Middle Eastern Region. In November 2019 the Yuuma Study Group has been promoted to the” Amman Central Branch “ by the president of the Sogetsu School in Japan Iemoto Akane Teshigahara and who appointed Huda Fallaha the director of the Branch. Currently the “Amman Central Branch” is the first official Sogetsu Branch existing in Jordan.

Mrs. Huda Rizk Fallaha

Is a graduate of Beirut University College and holds a B.S in Chemistry. She has studied Ikebana for many years and earned degrees from three of the most famous schools; Ikenobo, Ohara and Sogetsu. She attended Ikebana courses in Tokyo in 2001, 2006 and 2017, and regularly upgrades her skills by attending Sogetsu workshops in Dubai and Cyprus. Mrs.
